Excellent Condition black feather down puffer jacket with non-detachable hood, zip front closure, zippered front pockets, and button snap detail at cuffs (not adjustable). Very minor paint scratch-off on zippers. Jacket fabric is soft and cozy! Measurements (flat): Pit to pit: 18 Nape of neck to hem: 21 Sleeve: 21 It says Petite only. I going to guess P XS and it might fit Girls size 14, but please refer to measurements!
